Hoopla Collection | Glitz Design Summer CHA

I'm totally diggin' lime green right now, so this collection is one of my fav's~  The gorgeous cake and fun embellies are perfect for any celebration type layout.  I can't wait to mix and match all 3 of the new lines together!  It was really hard for me not to do it on these first layouts.  I love all the vibrant color!!!  and the Zebra Print....ah the Zebra Print :D  Luv it!  Don't forget to pop on over to the Glitz Blog and leave a comment for a chance to win this Fab Collection when it arrives in September!  ((Hugs)) Jeni

Love Nest Collection | CHA Summer Glitz Design

I don't usually feel I have to give explanations for things but see I have these straight shooting friends in my life that like to give me crap and send me emails about decisions I make, cause they know I pretty much suck at decisions and do all things on a whim :)......and quit all things on a whim.   Then actually change my mind back on a whim.....thing is even though I do that, I don't have regrets.  (for the most part) which could be one reason why my hair color changes frequently and why I don't have a tattoo..

Anyway, they think it's flippin hilarious that I told everyone that scrapbooking is stupid and that I'm done with it.  SO OVER it.....and now I have layouts popping up on my blog ;)........(typical me) but I really was just so burnt out that I thought I couldn't scrap another layout, but I lost my Sweet Grandma this month and while looking through old photos I started to remember why I used to scrap.   NOT because I had a deadline but because I wanted to preserve a memory.   However I don't feel like I did 12 years ago when I started.   Scrapbooking is not stupid, it's a great way to express yourself artistically, but I will never scrap like I used to.  I will preserve my memories through photographs in regular albums....not a popular idea these days, but it works for me.  I  will still scrap favorite photos for assignments when I want to play and be creative.  So long story short..... there will still be layouts on my blog every once in a while.   I gave up all my design team positions... everything but Glitz Design.  I love their products SO much, they design for funky gals like me, so they're stuck with me.  :P  .... I still love creating with Glitz and Shimmerz, and LOVE hangin out at scrappin' Girlfriends when I can, but  I'm selling everything else at my yard sale.   ;) If you live in Twin Falls, Friend Me or send me a message on Facebook it you want to know where and when.  ;)  (There will be lots)  So I hope that makes sense and if not oh well I'm sure I'll change my mind again, so it really doesn't matter anyway, right? ;)

Urban Maternity Session | Twin Falls Idaho JeniB Photography

This last month did not go as planned, that's for sure.  I haven't blogged much or been able to post session peeks like usual, so I'm hoping to post some "catch up" posts of sessions that inspired me.  I had so much fun with this urban maternity session!!  Can't wait to finish up sorting these, I have some favorites and can't wait to show the Mom to Be :D

Easy Stamped Photo Corners | July Glitz Design Team Layouts

Glitz Design has some of THE COOLest Stamps out there.  I love distressing with them.  On this layout I used Green Ink on one of their Circle Stamps, then cut a slit to tuck the edge of my photo into for an instant photo "corner".  I love how you can see through them to line up the dot's perfectly.

As always I love mixing up paper in the collections.   Here I threw in some bright green from the Maya Collection with some Vintage Love paper.

Eyecatchers from Silverlake Photo Accessories | Twin Falls Idaho Photography

SO super excited about these new Eyecatchers from Silverlake.  I just have to share this video of these awesome looks you can get for Fresh and Exciting shots!  I will be using this look a LOT in the near future.  :D  I was a super lucky girl and got to play with the Ring Light Eyecatcher.  Here are some of my favorite images using this look.  Seriously brilliant easy fashion lighting made so simple and affordable.  just cool Cool COOL.
